Method 2 : Recover Deleted Items from Outlook using Recoverable Items Folder
When data items get deleted permanently, a user can try this method. Emails, contacts, calendars when permanently deleted, go into a hidden folder called Recoverable Items. The permanent deletion of items may take place from any of the following :
1. Pressing Shift +Delete key together from the keyboard to remove the selected items.
2. Removing or deleting the items from the Deleted Items Folder.
Whenever any item is retrieved from the Recoverable Items Folder, it automatically goes to the Deleted Items Folder. The items can then be easily searched and recovered by moving them to Other Folder.
Tip: Not all Outlook accounts, support Deleted Items Folder.
