1. In Domino console, enter these commands sequentially in order to run the maintenance task.
- load fixup mail\username.nsf -f -n
- load compact mail\username.nsf -c -d -i
- load updall mail\username.nsf -r

Execute maintenance locally
These commands should be run on command prompt of Notes directory. Users can go through the below-illustrated steps;

nfixup.exe -F -N database_name.nsf
